MAKERSPACE: SmartMoves

Based on BrainDance, developed for people with limited mobility, this class, offered by Sarah Boles will be an inclusive, adaptable and accessible full body and brain workout. Class is adaptive for people of all physical capabilities and can be done seated or standing. Using imagery, improvisation and simple dance movements, this class will be challenging and fun.

Thursday, November 2 from 10-12 at the Cable Community Centre. Sarah Boles has developed this workout in conjunction with SMART, See My Art, a local not-for-profit which inspires, empowers and supports people of all abilities and mobilities. No need to register and no charge to participate.
