Once upon a time there was no internet. No smart phones. There was no television. Or movies. Once upon a time there wasn’t even radio!!! But, there were stories! And a wonderful and simple way to experience them…listen to someone read or tell them….possibly by cozying up next to a fire and sipping something sweet, hot and delicious. We offer you the opportunity to experience this antique form of entertainment. On Saturday, December 21st, when the library closes, at 3, we hope you’ll come in and get comfy and enjoy yourselves while we share an excerpted version of Charles Dickens A CHRISTMAS CAROL. There will be cookies and hot chocolate! We hope you’ll plan to attend and enjoy.
