We know you’ve missed access to our donated and deselected books. We’ve missed offering them to you, both in the library’s vestibule and in The Book House. At least we’ve come up with A way to offer them to you…grab bags! Our clever and capable Book House volunteers have assembled grab bags with various themes…and you can come and grab one during open library hours! We will be grateful for a donation of any size in exchange. No, you cannot look through them…it’s a grab bag! Because we are currently open for curbside pickup only…if you see a bag you’d like…or want to give us a call at 715-798-3189 and find out what’s available…we’ll be happy to leave it for you curbside! You can drop your donation through the slot in the front door.
Sorry we didn’t come up with this sooner, but, we stole the idea from the Mercer Library…and only saw it posted on their Facebook Page a few weeks ago.
Due to space constraints there will be a limited number of bags on the table at a time, but, we’ll keep filling them in as they disappear!
