During the June Forest Lodge Library Board of Trustees meeting, the Design Development Committee was formed and voted upon. This committee will be meeting with our architect, Tom Westlund, of Westlund Consultancy, as well as members of Royal Construction Management, as we move forward with the plans for the library expansion building.
This committee is comprised of the following members:

Forest Lodge Library Board Members – Carl Lippert (committee chair), Jan Berlin, & Janis Pribyl
Community Members – Kristine Lendved & Geri Potter
Cable Natural History Museum Representative – Rich Jaworski/Ron Anderson
During the committee’s first meeting on June 12th, they reviewed the Community Input Survey results that 100 people responded to. Thank you to the community for the wonderful response! The committee then discussed the results and came up with a list of priority objectives and secondary objectives that they will be presenting to the architect, Tom Westlund, to help us move forward with our design and to meet the community needs and desires for the new expansion.
