At this point in time, as of July 2024, we are looking to hire an additional library aide. Position open until filled. 

Job details:

•      8-10 hours a week (2 shifts during the work week)
•      1 (possibly 2) Saturdays a month (4 hours of work on Saturdays)
•       Check in and check out books & materials for patrons
•       Shelve books and other typical library duties
•       Training provided (by a licensed teacher!

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or over age of 18
• 1 year experience in public service

Preferred:

• 1 or more years experience working in a library or other related field

Salary:

• $12-$14 an hour
• wage based on experience
• room for growth in both wage and position
