Download the Libby app and use your library card to listen to audiobooks. Listen to your audiobooks while you walk (or keep track or your steps or bike or whatever way you choose to move!) and record on the ‘Laps with Libby’ sheet. You can access and print the sheet here: Laps with Libby page or pick up an sheet from the front desk at the library.
Keep track each week of the book(s) you listen to and the distance or time you walk/move and then at the end of May – turn the sheet into the front desk at the library. Director Westlund will draw a name from all the participants and someone will win a gift certificate to Divide Nutrition!
