The Book House is looking for volunteers to assist with Book House sales this summer! We’re hoping to be open most Saturdays as well as Town of Cable “festival” days like the 4th of July and Fall Fest. If you are interested in helping out be covering a shift or two, please call us at the library, 715-798-3189 or email Director Lendved at klendved@cable.wislib.org. We’ll get your contact information to the volunteer coordinator. We’ll soon have a list of available dates. So you know, Saturday shifts will be from 9 a.m. until noon. The Book House is typically open longer than that on the 4th of July and Fall Fest. As stated, a schedule of open shifts will soon be available.

As of 5/11/2022 the Book House is scheduled to be staffed and open 5/28, 6/4, 6/11 and 6/18. We’re getting piles of fresh donations, so…there’ll be fresh titles on the shelves!
