8. Review and approval of 2020 Member Library Agreement with the Northern Waters Library System.
9. First Reading and possible approval of Library Policy XVII: Public Notice Policy
10. Preliminary review of 2020 Forest Lodge Library Budget.
11. Review and possible approval of 2020 Lease agreement with Cable Natural History Museum.
12. Update on SCR Expansion Facility article prep.

15. Public comment period: to avoid Open Meeting Law violations, the Board will limit itself to answering basic questions from the public and will place matters requiring additional discussion or action on a future meeting agenda.
